Stage 2 AFL Gala Day

Years 3 and 4 had a fabulous day on Wednesday 26th of March during our annual AFL gala day at the Showground in Nowra.

John and his two helpers organised a well-run event for all the participating schools.

Nowra Christian school students enjoyed versing St Michael’s, North Nowra, and other primary schools in AFL games. Our NCS teams were great sportsmen and women, putting in their best effort and working together as a team. We were so lucky to have many high schoolers volunteer and give us helpful hints and tips while refereeing the games.

At the end of the day, our very own Eden Graham challenged John, the organiser, in an arm wrestle. After a long struggle, John won. The Horselman boys were able to reconnect with friends from last year. It was a fantastic day.
